Wall Street Journal:
Three days after it went off, the latest Ron Paul “moneybomb” has surpassed $2.5 million, the highest total this season for one of the Republican candidate’s trademark fund-raising marathons.
(...) This moneybomb detonated on Oct. 19 and ends at midnight tonight. Its theme is “Black This Out,” a slogan referring to what Paul supporters say is a virtual blackout of their candidate by the mainstream media. In addition to sending money, the campaign is encouraging Paul supporters to put a rectangular black strip over their eyes in their Facebook profile photos, to protest their candidate’s lack of coverage.
