Former Senator Rick Santorum released campaign finance figures late Friday that illuminated his precarious cash situation. His campaign spent more money than the candidate raised.

Mr. Santorum brought in $704,199 for the three-month period that ended Sept. 30, and spent $743,757. By the end of the quarter, his campaign was left with $189,557 in the bank.

Ha recaudado algo más que el medio millón del anterior trimestre, pero no puede mantener el actual ritmo de campaña. Más le vale no moverse de Iowa.
