The 2012 presidential election is more than a year away. But candidates already have their eye on our state. And today, Herman Cain will make a stop in Detroit as part of his six state tour.
The Republican presidential hopeful will meet with supporters at 9 a.m. outside Michigan Central Station, 2405 W Vernor Hwy, Detroit. During his visit the former Godfather's Pizza CEO is expected to unveil his "Opportunity Zone Plan", which he says will allow production to drive the economy and put more Americans back to work. He's also expected to propose new tax brackets to reflect different income levels.
