Marc Racicot, ex Gobernador de Montana, ex presidente del RNC (2001-2003), íntimo amigo de Bush, ha hecho público su apoyo a Ann Wagner. Michael Reagan, hijo mayor del Presidente Reagan, ha apoyado a Reince Priebus. National Right To Life, la más importante organización pro-vida, se ha declarado neutral aunque en su declaración deja claro que su favorita es Maria Cino. Erick Erickson, editor de RedState, va con Saul Anuzis como primera opción, y Ann Wagner como segunda opción. El Speaker John Boehner ha estado haciendo llamadas pidiendo el voto para Maria Cino, que también es la candidata de Dick Cheney.
