Christie esquiva a la prensa

Associated Press:
All eyes were fixed on Gov. Chris Christie on Sunday as he met with New Jersey National Guard members but stayed away from news reporters.

(...) While friends and family members of guardsmen were allowed to sit in bleachers, two dozen national and local news reporters were escorted to a roped-off area 50 feet away from the stage where Christie spoke. The usually talkative Christie left the event without talking to the press, who were not allowed to leave until after he was out of sight. National Guard soldiers were instructed to kept media and all attendees cordoned off as Christie exited.

The Republican governor seemed unfazed as reporters shouted questions: "Governor, are you running? Have you changed your mind?" When he didn't answer, one yelled, "Do you need a hearing aid?"

Afterward, reporters were escorted by guardsmen back to a parking area. No one was allowed near the governor.
