Los hombres de 1 millón de dólares (o más) del Super PAC de Romney

POLITICO.com:

Some of the all-time biggest donors in Republican politics powered the pro-Mitt Romney super PAC to a $21-million haul in June – its best month yet.

(...) It shows that nearly three quarters of its cash – $15 million – came from just seven families, most of whom are repeat donors, or have indicated they intend to continue giving.

In addition to a pair of $5-million donations from Las Vegas casino mogul Sheldon Adelson and his wife Miriam – the first donations to Restore Our Future from the first couple of GOP cash – the super PAC reported a $2-million donation from Houston homebuilder Bob Perry. That brings Perry’s total donations to the group to $6 million.

Restore Our Future reported $1-million June donations from Boston leveraged buyout specialist John W. Childs, a major GOP donor making his first contribution, and Oxbow Carbon, a company owned by Bill Koch, a less-well-known brother of billionaire industrialists Charles and David Koch. Oxbow donated $750,000 to Restore Our Future in 2011.

Another $1 million came from donations linked to Dallas investor Harlan Crow, who had previously donated $300,000 to the group.

It also reported receiving $100,000 each from a pair of GOP mega-donors who have signaled a willingness to spend big to defeat Obama, retired Wyoming mutual fund guru Foster Friess and retired TD Ameritrade CEO Joe Ricketts.
